Basket Hall (Krasnodar)

Sports fields

Description

The Basket Hall is one of the leading sports arenas in southern Russia, located in the city of Krasnodar. The complex opened in October 2011 and became part of the large-scale "City of Sports" project, uniting the region's key sports facilities.

The main building is equipped with modern technical solutions, allowing it to host competitions of various levels and formats. The central arena, with a capacity of approximately 7,500 spectators, is designed to host major tournaments, international meetings, national championships, and matches of professional basketball clubs.

One of the distinctive features of the complex is a separate training hall with retractable stands for 1,500 seats. This solution makes it possible to effectively organize the training process for both professional teams and children's and youth sports schools.

However, the Basket Hall is known not only for its sporting events. Its venue regularly hosts cultural and entertainment events, concerts by famous artists, and city festivals. Polina Gagarina, Grigory Leps, Basta, and Ruki Vverh have all performed here!

For the convenience of visitors, there is a spacious parking lot for 700 cars, making access to the complex significantly easier. Inside the building, there are cafes, retail outlets, and recreation areas.

The Basket Hall is the home arena of the Lokomotiv-Kuban basketball club, whose matches traditionally attract full stands of fans.

Modern infrastructure, technological equipment, and a rich program of events make the Basket Hall one of the key centers of sports and cultural life in the region.
