Description
SKA Arena is a modern, multifunctional sports and concert complex in St. Petersburg, home to the SKA hockey club. Since its opening in 2023, it has become one of the most technologically advanced and capacious arenas in the world.
Construction began in 2020 on the site of the former Petersburg Sports and Concert Complex. The old building was completely dismantled, after which construction began on the new, large-scale facility. The arena's capacity reaches 22,000 spectators, making it one of the largest sports venues in the world.
The complex consists of seven floors above ground and an underground section. Thanks to modern engineering solutions, the arena boasts a high level of technological advancement, comfort, and safety for spectators and event participants.
