A unique event in the capital of the UAE: UFC Fight Night at Etihad Arena!

On August 3, 2024, the capital of the UAE will host the first UFC Fight Night tournament in the city. This is the 18th UFC event to take place at the Etihad Arena.

A full lineup of athletes participating in the event has yet to be announced, but a wide range of competitors are expected.

Abu Dhabi recently hosted the world’s leading UFC tournament last October, where Islam Makhachev knocked out Alexander Volkanovski in the first round in the lightweight division.

This event is the latest in a series of events hosted by the Department of Culture and Tourism – Abu Dhabi (DCT Abu Dhabi) since signing an official partnership with the UFC in 2019. The partnership has been extended until 2028, confirming the importance and significance of this event.
