Petr Yan is looking to find the perfect opponent

According to Abdrakhmanov, the most promising opponent for the Russian super lightweight champion could be Sun Yadong. Yadong has a fight with Gutierrez, and if he wins, the offer to fight Yan would be quite logical. This would give both fighters the opportunity to level their ratings and create the basis for a fundamental meeting between them. According to the manager, the likelihood that the fight between Yan and Sun Yadong will take place is quite high.

Petr Yan last fought in March 2023 at UFC Fight Night 221, where he won a unanimous victory over Merab Dvalishvili. Now it is important for Yan to add a new victory to his list of achievements. Let us recall that the fighter already has 17 wins in 22 fights, eight of which ended in knockout.

Petr Yan's fans are eagerly awaiting his next appearance in the arena, and, apparently, his return will not be long in coming.
